Energy Systems & Sustainability Management

Department reports to the Vice President & Chief Campus Facilities Officer

Campus Facilities Administration & Services and consists of the following primary functional service areas: 

  • Energy Management - Monitoring, scheduling and maintenance of automated heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and building access systems.
  • Orange Automation - New installations of automated heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and access systems for both new and existing buildings.

  • Sustainability Management - Creation, coordination and promotion of campus sustainability programs and services including SU’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) implementation and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories.
  • Systems Management - Responsible for maintaining and providing 24/7 support for the environments that host the University’s enterprise Energy Management and Card Access System (Continuum) and its ancillary components; and application support of the University’s Facilities Maintenance System.
